I saw 2 women kissing in the street here In Stirling Scotland, and another woman saw it too, called over a policeman and had them arrested for indecent behaviour. They were let off with a caution. Unbelievable!

You can get arrested for kissing in public in Scotland?? Crazy law.
Most people who hate homosexuals are homophobes. They're not comfortable with their own sexuality or have simply been brought up with hate for homosexuals.

I think it,s going a bit far to report them to the police. But if it
was a full on snog I would probably go over to them myself
and say 'get a room'. Definatley not in front of the children
though!!
I think it is because it is our own sex that we find it hard to accept
- just like men loathe to see gay men. But they find it a real turn
on if they see two girls together!

First, I seriously doubt that Scottish police would arrest 2 women for kissing.
If these women were groping breasts etc. then I could see reason for "concern". Not arrest...though.
Straight couples would face the same scrutiny...IMHO.
