If you live by God's teaching in the revelations of God's Son. You understand that you are a citizen of heaven, not only a citizen of your country. The Son of God said: Give to Cesar which it belogs to Ceasar and give God what belongs to God. Which means we have two responsibilites one to the outhorities of this world and one to the Supreme authorithy beyond this world. The rulers of this world are not the rulers of the world beyond it. THen the First commandment states the order of priorities according to the values of a believer.

Religion first because it deals with life now and after death. Patriotism next, as it deals with my life here and now only.

Freedom of religion and not having another person's religious beliefs interfere with my beliefs/health/way of living. God always comes first though.

if you think wisely about this question , you come to this conclusion that they are inseparable, because both support each other. you can not find a religious man who is not ready to sacrifice himself for his people and country and the vice verse, so I believe both of them
