Where the woman (and the man) urinate from is the urethra. Under the hood, is a different organ. It's the cliroris, which is the analog of the head of the penis. There is a huge collection of nerve endings here that when stimulated, causes engorgement with blood in that area... this is one of the things that makes sex pleasurable for a woman.

Clitoris is the right name.

The "urethra" is where the urine comes from, but that is located south of the clitoris (not easy to see right off). Then comes the more obvious entrance to the vagina.

that part which u are talking about is called "clitoris" .
it is covered by a skin fold called prepuce ..
it is equivalent to the male part called "glans penis" which is also covered by a skin fold , prepuce.
these are the parts which are very sensitive to stimulation.
it is not the part from which urine is passed.
urine is passed from a small opening (urethral opening) , located a little below the clitoris and a little above the vaginal opening .

The urethra (where you pee from) and the clitoris (a sexually pleasurable spot to touch) are two separate spots about an inch apart. The urethra is harder to see but right inbetween the clitoris and vagina if you draw a straight line.
