Get a paid for site with a reliable company such as 1&1. They offer all the tools to build the site.
Offer a virtual products that bring luck, wealth, love, happiness etc and when people pay a quid they get a nice piece of desktop artwork to save.
Advertise in all the mags you see in the newsagents FortuneTelling section and Voila. Instant cash.
That'll be £1,000 for my consultaion fee, artwork extra.

Your question is a contradiction under its own terms. You ask "how can I do X" but also specify not having to do anything. 'X' is a subset of 'anything' so you are asking the impossible. If you are willing to do something then there are lots of ways, but not by your terms.
