Hi!
Remember to turn off system restore BEFORE running Spy-bot search and destroy and do not use the back-up registry feature included to make a backup before removing. If you do, the ad-ware will just keep coming back.

Also remove all Quarantined items in Ad-aware (and do not keep the system backup) remove as well.

Then run both programs and after the systems clean again, turn on system restore and create a restore point.

If it's more than that you can also try using Hijack this and posting on the suggested forums to get a response on whats going on and what registry entries to remove.

Follow their suggestions precisely and do not remove registry items in the Hijack log unless you are a true professional with Hijack this.

They have a section on where to go with the log and what to do before running Hijack this there as well.

One other program I would HIGHLY recommend is: CCleaner
It is a GREAT tool, must have for anyone that surfs the net.

Let me know if I can assist anymore and Good Luck!

Try searching for Trend Micro, that's what they use on school computers but it can be used for home computers also.

It searches for Adware, spyware, and any other malicious protocol and when it is done scanning you can manually clean it from the system.

Hopefully that works but by any chance it doesn't, try running an entire system recovery or system restore.

I use a combination of Zone Alarm Security Suite and Webroot's Spy Sweeper for my security detail.
While the apps are both somewhat hefty compared to the likes of McAfee I think they do the job right. Especially Spy Sweeper which'll definitely help with your problem. Don't take my word for it - it was a PC magazine editor's choice winner.
Hope this helps!!

As a previous answerer has also recommended I would try Prevx1. This regularly detects and removes many infections that no other products even notice, never mind about protecting you from.

Simply Fantastic program.
