Where can you find a FREE Guestbook or Profile creater to add to your website?

I am making a local website for msicians to get bands started. I think that if the users could make profiles or at least add pictures to it , they ould come to it more often, or at least bring more people to it Pleae help. If you help I'll get 1 of th bands to sing at your wedding. Thank you.
