or does anyone else think that "Little Miss Sunshine" getting the SAG award for best picture is ridiculous? Especially when its up against movies like "The Queen", "Departed" and "Dreamgirls" ?

No it's not just you but I think because some actors/ actresses know some people better than others, they will more than likely vote because of who is cast in the movie not the for the content of the movie.

I thought I was the only one....Yes that was ridiculous, it was an okay movie, not to be compared to the likes of The Queen, Departed and Dreamgirls...how did that happen?

I Feel the same way I think that the queen or dreamgirls should have gotten the award i think they would have been a much better choice

Well, actually, I was pleased the cast won. It wasn't a "best picture" award in any case, it was best acting ensemble, and I do think that there's a difference. I liked the fact that for once I had a surprise this awards season, and I do find the cast delightful! I thiink possibly it's easier for a comedy to win this award of ensemble acting, just my opinion, because of the level of interaction between the cast members.
