I may be wrong on some of these, but this is the best I can do. I'm about 90% sure I'm 100% right (if that makes sense).

Viktoria - Fresh, Glacial
Michigan - Fresh, Glacial
Great Slave Lake - Fresh, Glacial
Loch Ness - Fresh, Tectonic
Geneva - Fresh, Tectonic (I think)
Vanern - Fresh, Glacial
Tanganyika - Fresh, Tectonic
Inari - Fresh (I think), Glacial?.... It is river fed, but appears to be shaped like a glacial lake.
Great Salt Lake - Salt water, Tectonic
Titicaca - Fresh, Glacial
Ohrid - Fresh, Tectonic
Balaton - Fresh, Tectonic
Baikal - Fresh, Tectonic

Hope this is what you were looking for.
