Good answers! No, the laser in a laser printer is not powerful enough to use as a weapon. Neither are the lasers in a CD player or your laser pointer, for that matter.

By removing the laser and pointing it directly into the eyes of a passer by, then you could do some serious damage - but I doubt you'll get the laser out in one piece.
Laser printers are generally quite heavy - you could try strapping it to some industrial fireworks and launch it at your enemy.
