I have not been able to lay hand on any source for the names of the children of Kandhari. This site gives an interesting piece of information about the desire of Kandhari wanting to see her dead sons. In fulfilment of her desire and that of Kunti to see Karna and her grand children, on an appointed day, Vyasa calls the names of the dead, one after the other. They indeed appear on that night and vanish the next day. Even this site does not say by what names he called the names of the dead sons of Kandhari.

GANDHARI: blindfolded wife of Dhritarashtra, jealous of Kunti who had son first; queen mother of 100 sons (grown over 2 years in her belly to form a hard, cold ball, which is forced out of her and then split in 100 pieces and watered into human life)
