tryy this one. Try replugging the USB cable in another USB slot. I presume you bought a new cam not a used one.

Like my Logitech Fusion, you have to download the driver WITH the cam disconnected. Then run the program, then connect it.

first read the specs , is it compatable with your operating system , if so does your machine meet all minimum requirements? when you plug cam into usb slot does window pop up saying new hardware found ? if not , its not recognizing the cam or the usb slot . you need to see if all drivers are loaded . install software and reboot with cam plugged in

assuming all cables are hooked up correctly and software installation did not work ...try add/remove hardware option in control panel. If that doesn't work cal manufacturer for additional help or updates

have you rebooted the machine?

Are all the connections in correctly?

Did you get any error messages?

Did it ask you to install the drivers?
