Supposing the cooker has a cut on her hand why cutting something and with the blood on her hand she put the whole thing into the cooking pot where as the person is HIV positive.
And again as in restaurant that they don’t sever pure water and maybe the person serving the food is HIV positive and put his/her hand into the drinking pot to get some that for the customer and he/she has a cut and a slit of blood entered into the water will the customer contact HIV?
IF WE CAN CONTACT HIV THROUGH THAT WAY PLEASE SEND THE ADVICE TO MAINLY THOSE THAT EAT IN REATAURANT.

First of all, relax and take a deep breath.......OK, no you cannot.
There has to be an exchange of bodily fluids. Be it through, blood transfusion, sexual intercourse ( even oral ), or using needles previously used by an HIV-positive person. Here's some websites for more info., but relax because as long as you're not a drug addict that uses needles to get high or doesn't have unprotected sex you should be ok. As far as blood transfusions, with the extensive testing that they do on blood before a transfusion there's a rare possibility of contracting HIV. During the mid to late 80's they stopped using tainted blood when they began proper screening. Just check out these websites if you want more info.

If you are going to look at things that minutely then you could catch HIV/Aids/HEP etc etc by almost any method... Standing on a bus using the handrail, you do not know if anyone has bled on that grip, How do you know that the brand new toothbrush you've just opened has not been contaminated by a factory worker? The best thing to do is be a little less paranoid and enjoy live because it is for living and not worrying!
Enjoy!

No! The HIV virus can only live outside the body for about 10 seconds!

No. Unless the customer has an open cut in his/her mouth. And even then it is HIGHLY unlikely.
