This is easy: Just don't have sex.
But if you're asking what are the best forms of birth control then I'd say birth control pills from your doctor, condoms. I'd do some research to see what the best form of birth control is best for you. There are spermicides and diaphrams. But I'd go to a doc and get some pills.

BESDIES abstinence, the most effective birth control is an IUD, such as mirena. But you can usually only get those if you've had a kid before. Otherwise I'd recommend using birth control pills AND condoms, since with typical use of the Pill it's only 92-97% effective, and it doesn't protect against STD's. Just double up t o be double sure...then you have half the chance of becoming mommy and daddy!

The only 100% guarantee of not getting pregnant, is not to have intercourse. There's the birth control pill, but if you forget to take even 1 dose, oops, your pregnant, there is also the condom, but what if that gets a whole in it or it breaks, then oops again.

The best way is ABSTINENCE. But...birth control, condoms, but I would say...if your asking this question, YOUR best option in abstinence.
