theres so many popular anime these days so i wanted to have a copy of some episode guide of a particular anime so i can read nor know the story though i cant watch it. like fate stay night, where i can find thier full episode guide?

http://www.anidb.net/ (better one) - for episode lists, general descriptions and reviews, and fansubbed episodes if any exist (can always search for episodes in http://www.baka-updates.com/releases.php )
for full anime episode guides / summaries of the storyline, yeh wikipedia http://www.wikipedia.org/ will always be your friend there.
