want to build carrier of kids.husband supporting me & kids too.Not divorce yet.what should I do,to change my future from the past.I'm caring & hardworking too,By GOD.Husband cares my qualities but dont want to take the responsibilities. Suggest me what should I do.I love my husband but dont want to compromise on his conditions only as I was always used by him in the past.

I don't know if you are willing to do what I may be suggesting? But you need to have a plan.
Plan a life for your children and yourself!
If you believe in god, then pray- Pray god shows you the way to be strong.
Strong enough to leave your husband or strong enough to put your foot down and start cleaning your home up!
Get your affairs in order! NOW!
Either way you can't stay in neutron and can't go a head until you decide.
And most of all -Your life is not your husband's nor yours it's now your children's.
They need you more than ever.
Please if not for you do it for the children.
I will pray for you too

there are a lot of cases like you ,we have to compromise the life for building the career of children, so that when they grow up they are not helpless that anyother can exploite them.
Better you compromise ,at least your daughter will be happy in their life( who cares how you managed?)
There are a lot of good, educated , & decent gals doing jobs & are independent,they are not exploited bcos their mothers had become foundation stone for them & they sacrifices for daughter.

best thing is to be independent first. look for a job so that you can be financially indepenent of him. slowly you will get your confidence back. It doesnt help that your husband is caring if he cant take charge of his family. it will be foolish to rely on such a person.
