If you're 23 weeks already, you don't have to worry about a first TRImester miscarriage, you're already in your second. Relax, the more you stress the worse it is for the baby.

A miscarriage can happen at any time. If you are healthy and your unborn child is strong, the pregnancy will go full term. The best way to find out if there are any problems, go to your doctor for a complete exam and stop worrying. All of your feelings, temperment, moods and behavior will transpose to your child.

Severe abdomin pain, very heavy bleeding. But to ensure that it does not come to that make sure that the baby has no chromosomal issues that may cause you to have a miscarriage/ stillbirth. I advise you get the Amniosentesis. Perfect results will ease you mind.

I think you're going to be just fine, don't worry, worry just makes this happy time,a depressing time. Just take your vitamins, eat healthy, see your doctor regularly, get plenty of sleep, go to Lamaze classes, and have a good time, might be a good idea to have a support group of pregnant women,to just share the pains, and joys of pregnancy, because no matter how supportive your significant other is, it's just not the same as someone in your shoes.
