Im making an affiliate website for bluehost.com Basically my page is a direct link to theirs.Any ideas for a domain name would be great ..preferably short and sweet. Thanks

The .tv and .info domains are open for bluehost.com Should I take one of those ex bluehost.tv

The demand for .com names is so great that most of the easy short names are taken. You have to start looking further afield. A newcomer to the market is .ws (stands for website).
Go to Godaddy.com and there you can check for available names with any .extension. There is also a list of alternative names if the one you are looking for is taken.

You can have multiple web pages that link only to the other pages for that one website. The second website would also contain links to navigate around it. So, yes you could. Edit: just create different folders (directories) for each site.
