Recently there have been a lot of offers on my mail for on-line degrees. Universities are willing to give me degrees almost on all deciplines.
secondly i don't even have to study them. I can have it based on my work experience. Are they really worth? are they valid in india particularly?
if so which universities are best to gain "Master of Business Administration". How much do they charge? please help me out.

Check with your employer before you invest in online degrees. Many employers will not accept them as an advancement on your profession. If thats the case, you could spend a bundle and ... at least to your job...the degree isn't worth the paper its printed on. if you have a online based degree in hand while you are looking for job, ask in your interviews if an online degree is accepted as further education in your chosen field. Good luck!

Those which give you a degree for nothing are obviously worthless.

I suggest london universitie's external college. Bachelor level studies and some masters are really cheap and the university is famous.

Specially Royal Holloway degrees (offered in london external) are good.
