No it doesn't, it only does change the way people view you. The light enters your eyes through the pupil which is a hole and seems black (red on photo's with a flash, because blood vessels are reflected). The coloring of the eyes is around it is only viewed by others

I don't know why exactly, but I find your question charming.
My answer is that only if their eye color affects the way they are treated by others or if they get colored contact lenses and carry themselves differently because of they way the new color makes them feel.
The exception would be an albino or person with very light colored eyes who gets frequent headaches from bright light. Pain can change your view on life plenty.

Well heck, I dont know but its possible isnt it? I mean these days everyone is trying to catagorize their persona's and discover what type of outlook on life there is. There horoscopes, astrology, and all kinds of test out there that ask a few questions and tell you what you are - and leave no emphasis on you just being yourself. So sure eye color has something to do with the the way I look at life ... or at least I'm sure someone has tried to claim it does ...

Shakespeare said that that 'beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder'. I would take it the other way round. The colour of the eyes of somebody attracts the view of others.
I do not believe that I see differently, my eyes are of a different colour than of those in my surrounding.
Do you see differently?

if you mean as in how they look at the world that comes from you heart, soul and brain.

If you mean sight and seeing things no it doesn't because the inner black spot is the part of the eye that we see out of most
