Mostly 102.. sometimes 105.. Multimedia keyboards have extra key on the top and sides and the number depends upon the model/brand.

At first there was a standard for 101 keys in a keyboard. But with new standard rules a keyboard may has 105 keys. Other variations are depends on manufacturer. Every one follows standard + some self featuring keys.

Look at your keyboard. Unless you are using a laptop computer, the layout should be very similar to the image in the link below:

So, the majority of these keys (about 50) are used for typing in letters, numbers, and symbols.

Some of the other keys are labelled in the picture as well

The PC which I am using have 103 keys. 26 Alphabeth keys, 20 number keys, 12 function keys and 45 such as arrow keys, capslock, shift, ctrl, alt etc.
