I have found the link to their web site, it is working perfectly.
It has all sorts of information, including employment:

This link has more tourist-type information, but may be helpful too:

Well I can tell you just about anything you want to know about it.. There is no website that will mention it and the reason you haven't gotten any information or emails is that there are very few connections there even dial up.Its an old mining town ,not much to it.. But there are good things about anywhere in orgeon..The climate is usually very much to your liking.. Thats a plus although in the last two years its been hotter than normal. Oh thats another thing.. Most houses and apts dont have air they just have never needed it.The community there at best is a very small out of the way place very rural but the good thing is ,that is not far from Salem.Oregons capital.. I think about 70 miles. Its about maybe 30 miles from 265 miles of open beautiful coast line and access to many beautiful miles of parks and national parks and everything and anything you could ever want. As for Sweet Home.I am not sure why you are moving there or want to but its best asset is locale to most of the good things in Oregon..I hope you can get more info for yourself on it but if not let me know email me and ill try to get more of a detailed info for you .I have friend that still live in Oregon and I lived in Oregon two of the most wonderful years of my life.. Hope i have been some help..

You can find apartment data and other crap here: http://www.city-data.com/housing/houses-Sweet-Home-Oregon.html

P.S. There's some cool Native American cave drawings at Camp Cascadia which is just down the highway from Sweet Home. Not a lot of people know that.

To be honest Sweethome is kind of hickish. I'll bet housing is pretty cheap because the closest cities are Corvallis and Salem and they aren't really that close. Whats in sweethome anyway.
