its yet to be proved that Mohinders involvement in the case .....he is only a suspect with out any lawers support. should take action aginst all involved and cancell the licence of those lawyers involved.its a violation of human rights .

It is illegal to beat any Human being in our country regardless of his crime being proved or not,but the crime which they have most probably commited(as evident from the daily footage being presented by the media+as a matter of fact that nobody from their families coming forward to defend them++the duo have partially admitted to their crimes during the narco test)... are so henious that even Gandhi ji would have hit them in their face at least once. Comm'on dude these pigs are by no means human....

there are people who stand against injustice. A good issue raised by you on Yahoo Answers. You have already written what I could have written. What happened on that day was not right. Lawyers community has behaved in a very shamefull manner. They seem to have forgetten the oath they took to enter this profession.
Police has added to its inefficiency and irrelevance in crime prevention and solving. Everybody knew about people' anger on this issue. Police should have taken all necessary precautions. After all they are duty bound to give protection to the accused in their custody.
Role of politicians can also not be ruled out. They can go to any extent to win coming UP elections.
