This is a legacy from the days when girls were not educated.
The right for women to vote was hard-won, nearly 100 years ago, and this issue is now irrelevant here in the West.

of course, women should be allowed to vote and they should vote.
Women generally are involved in maintaining family and home and children, so they are unaware of current affairs.
But still a woman who is having knowledge of current affairs, who works and goes to office like her husband, or even being in home is having knowledge about country and the world through newspapers and TV can and should vote without taking any advice from her husband.
in case of Other women who are totally a housewife and having no knowledge of current worldly situation, voting or not voting does not make any difference as she will take an advice from her husband.
If possible, Govt should make a rule that a man or woman who is having certain education qualification should only be allowed to vote.
The election commission should take a test of men and women months before voting, to test whether they are capable of voting and to elect their leader.Based on the test, they should be issued a licence to vote so that a fair election result may come.
a person who fails the test should not be allowed to vote.
The test may include test of general knowledge of economic, social and political status of the country.

If your woman does not have the capacity to vote, or decide for herself, then I guess you, sir would have to decide for her. My feelings go out for you and your family. I hope your wife is better soon.
Unless of course you are saying this from your heart. If that is the case you need to take a look at yourself and honestly evaluate whether you deserve a woman at all. Whether you deserve to have children, especially life's gift of having little girls.
If this is really the way you feel about woman, you have a dangerous ego. You have no place in this society. It is men like you who give other loving husbands and loving dads a black eye.
You will never feel the warmth of your wife's love,or of your children's love if you only apparently have them around to serve your needs.

I am only a little woman who knows nothing about politics or anything else for that matter - I only know how to cook clean and lay on my back. So - when important things come up like elections I leave it to his superior knowledge. After all he is a MAN....and by the way, before I was married my father decided on who I was going to vote for.

Fie, fie Mr Darcy, methinks you jest with this questionette. As a liberated woman of the 18th century, I of course, would submit to my husband and lord's wishes in all matters pertaining to exercising my franchise. I repectfully hope this answers you, good sir.

Don't you worry. Women folk can care for themselves. How would you feel if women were to decide if men were to vote or not. Do onto others what you want they do onto you.
I hope your question is a slip of your mind.
