No. Your concept of warfare is un-obtainable! If there are children there the troops shouldn't be!!
This would give the people wanting to kill the troops and automatic shield! Do you really think that terrorists that place bombs in markets and streets won't use children as shields? Do you really believe what you're suggesting?
You should invest a little more of your time on history before dictating to the troops your standards of warfare. Today's soldier is doing more than ever before, in the history of warfare, to avoid inflicting civilian casualties. In a place where many "civilians" are not non-combatants but terrorist in civilian clothes. These killers aren't wearing uniforms and fighting in open fields! This isn't the Battle of Gettysburg!!

President Bush is elected President of United States of America one of the most respectable and powerful post in the world. Still he is subject to American Law and has not done any thing illegal. He deserves all respect.
Terrorism is phenomena for which world was not well prepared. You will agree with me that terrorism is to be defeated at all cost and it is long term struggle. We may not agree with the approach. Unfortunately Bush struggle for a democratic Iraq prove too costly. Should Mr. Bush accept the defeat?
Foreign policy is highly complex job keeping in mind long term target. Mr. Bush must be aware of the difficulties of the troops. We should pray for their safety and success.

Pres Bush has not committed any war crimes
If the Iraqi's weren't hiding among the women and children then they wouldn't be getting hurt
the ones that are being hurt and killed are being killed by the Iraqi
suicide bombers not the soldiers
dont you watch the news? do you have any idea how war works?

ya i am agree with u? it is war among the govts. not between the nations. it is war to get oil for the future. but it is too furious for the whole world. And it produced violence, terrorism in the world.
to achieve the target through this fatal and furious method it is very bad. and it destroy the image of united states in the whole world because they are known now as a killers of the innocent peoples in iraq and afghanistan.
so,try to charge your method to acheive your targets and be moderate for others they are also human being like us.

You are not looking for an answer to your question. You are stating your opinion, and looking for people to agree with you.
Bush is not the one ordering soldiers to fire mortars into the courtyards of Iraqi girls' schools. He doesn't authorize soldiers to use women and children as shields, nor send bomb-strapped soldiers into busy Iraqi marketplaces. Do you honestly believe if we had never attacked, all of the cowards/insurgents would keep their disdain for human life on Middle Eastern soil?

NO. He should be tried for warrantless searches. Violating our Civil rights is what we could prove. Killing civilians is not a a war crime. If you could prove he knew about torturing POW's, then I'll agree. We are at war and face it civilians do die. We do try to limit deaths though, and there is no sign that we went out of the way to kill civilians. Yes, AMericans kill childrens, the question is why are the children standing outside. I talked to a retired soldier, and he said that children are being used as look outs for the insurgents. I hate to see kids die, but videos of soldier shooting kids demonstrate they have cause. granted maybe soldiers should show restraint in shooting kids when they throw rocks, but I wouldn't blame him, since distractions like that could kill them. On the other hand, parents who let their kids out while soldiers are out and even incourage them to play with fire like that is more to blame for his own kids death.

No, he should be prosecuted for taking money from the Saudis, for putting the profit margin of Haliburton and the Oil Companies before the good of the American people. His machine is falling apart, and if done right, all the players will get long jail terms, instead of cushy Board of Directors jobs.
PS - to ed201283 - name one he didn't commit.
AWOL, Drug use, DWI, Invasion of Iraq, Perjury, collusion. malfeasance, misfeasance, conspiracy to defraud, Stealing from the poor to give to the rich, The Patriot Act, Extraordinary Rendition, Gitmo, etc.
And most important, shaming the American People.
Shame on Bush et al, for this travesty. Shame on you for being a big enough moron to back his efforts to start World War 3 and bring about Armageddon.
