yes, at work right now. missing my hubby and feeling a bit lonely.
only good thing is that i can talk to you all.

The Internet is a lonely place by design. If you are like me you are half naked sitting in your shorts in front of a LCD monitor typing your thoughts as they spew out of your tormented mind. It could be worse, I could be watching porn or I could be shopping. Loneliness to me is a self sympathy mechanism. We do it because we miss being the center of attention or being touched, caressed and loved. It has been a long time since I allowed anyone to get close enough to do any of the above, so loneliness to me is like a sad song or an expression of grief. Of course the loneliness I was thinking about involves the opposite sex and not friends. Sexual loneliness. When you go a long time without it like me you get the feeling that you are being punished for not being good enough so then you don't even try. Only then the loneliness fades into a fantasy because in reality my life has become rock solid and conditioned like a warrior. But every once and a while everything needs to be pushed aside for a day of rest. A day of recollection. The smart thing to do is to not dig too deep into your sorrow mechanism. It can boil into a vicious cycle of rage. Sometimes it is best to accept the fact that your warm tender days in the sun are over and life without love will be fine even if it is an endless pattern of work. If for some innocent reason romance comes back into your life as a mindless drone open the window to your soul and show her that you still can love. As you can see the fantasy still remains imprinted in my thoughts. I have to get back to work even if it is all for nothing or just for me. I will be worked hard until death....

sometimes... it amazes me how in such a busy, hectic, FULL OF PEOPLE world we can still feel lonely sometimes.
