Try making friends in your community. Join a class where you can meet more people. You can even spend your free time doing things outside of your home so you don't feel all alone.

Part of the problem is that she's looking outside for happiness in her life. She doesn't NEED to be in a relationship or have family involvement in order to have a fulfilled, productive life. She can get involved with social activities or groups. Do volunteer work with her free time. Travel. Choose a hobby. Even become a foster parent. If she's truly a religious person then her life should be worth living despite her being on her own. Tell her to think about that.

Get a hobby of some sort.
Join single groups in the area.
Go on a single cruise.
Go to church and join clubs there.
Start meeting just friends online and hang out.
Go take a class you always wanted to take and join clubs in that group.

I'm trying to figure out what religion allows you to divorce but not date. If you can't date how will you ever get married again. Did you not date your ex before you got married? Maybe you need to re examine your beliefs cause you do not sound like they are a comfort or fulfilling you.

She should do some communitiy activity where she can meet people of the opposite sex, with out any problem from society. It may give quite a good choice of men, and the men will all be of a particular disposition, that may suit her.
