There are certain species where the females can give birth without mating. This process is called parthenogenesis. If it could occur naturally in humans the resultant child would always be female because the mother only has X chromosomes to donate.
In normal reproduction the father has a 50-50 chance of donating either an X or Y chromosome while the mother always donates an X. If the father donates a Y then the child will have one X and on Y and be male, if X then the child will have 2 Xs and be female. A mother always donates X chromosomes so a natural virgin birth would always be female.
The rule for determining the sex of the offspring is different in other species so in those that can reproduce by parthenogenesis a male could happen.
The virgin birth of Jesus is not consistent with what science understands about human reproduction and can only be understood in spiritual terms.

This is an early church myth. Gospels were chosen between 200 and 400 years AD (there were many, many more written than the 4 you know of) to support this myth. Virgin conception was a pagan belief that coferred divinity on someone, so it played to this bias.
There is no reliable record of this as a fact, and scientifically it is only possible to prove that it almost certainly did not occur.

No. If you want to believe in that stuff, take it on faith and believe it with your heart. There's no way that Mary could have been scientifically documented to have been a virgin -- we take it on her word and the angels. And if you are going to believe she was a virgin, you might as well go all the way and believe that she gave birth to Jesus as a virgin and Jesus was the son of God.
If you have doubts, well, a lot of people do. You can still be a good person.

Scientific in the study of archiological science on the evidence of ancient scripture (700 years before Christs birth) that was fullfilled in the birth of Jesus.
Isaiah 7:14 "Therefore the LORD Himself will give you a sign: behold the virgin shall conceive ans bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel"
(Immanuel meaning 'God with us', to assure Gods
participation in Christ in the birth of the Savior and
in the fact that He / Christ the Messiah is more
than a mere man)
and...
Micah 5: vs 2- "But you Bethlahem, though little among the
thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come
One to be ruler over Israel, who comes forth from
old (all time past) and from everlasting (all times
ever past present future).
Micah 5: vs 4-..for now He shall be Great to the ends of the earth... and this One shall be peace."
This is a matter of faith- either Christ was a lunatic, a liar, or telling the truth. These scriptures were written 700) years before the birth of Christ. (prophecy fulfilled.) Science can not back faith for one reson: God requires you to beleive in your heart- not because of physical p[roof as it is written that even if all the physical proof were to be given,,, the hearts of many men a cold and will still not believe. It is all in Gods hands- and a grave mistake not to truly investigate as He says: Seek and you WILL find.... (not might fine). Once God reveals Himself to you there is NO way one could ever deny Him. I know, as I finally decided to seek His truth and likw a ton of bricks... He revealed Himself to me. There is nothing more real in life and I am so thankful that He did not reject me the way I did reject Him for so many years. Nothing greater in all of your life... to know this so called myth declared by many.... is VERY REAL, AND NOT A MYTH AT ALL BUT A TRUTH.
