im goin to a formal soon and want to look the part but i have know idea what to wear like dress or a skirt or whatever.and if i was going to wear a dress were would be the best place to it and if i was to wear a tiarra but what kind of face shape do you need to wear one!?

i would say one piece dress is the good wear fore verything. you need to have a nice bag and shoe to go with, and then, ear ring and ncie hair to make it puill together. so, you can make a complete look. detail is all the matter
if you go for very formal evening dress, you can check with black or silk red. if you go on a business meeting, then you put a jacket on the top to make it nice.

it would have helped more if you had mentioned your age and body type as well as the title of the event...is it a benefit dinner? a dance?a prom? its better to dress age and occassion appropriate. if you are a teen going to a school dance then you can wear a tiara especially of you have a long or small face.wear a color that you like but also looks good on you--it should enhance your features like bring out the color of your eyes and hide your flaws like disguise your tummy rolls but NEVER think of upstaging your enemies with an ultra fluffy bright pink gown covered in sequins and tool(you get me?). if you are buying your outfit make sure you can use it again. i would suggest a two piece evening gown because of the mix and match options. since i don't know your body type i cannot recommend what kind of clothes to wear either. if you are gong to a formal dinner/benefit and are past 21 then ditch the tiara unless you are really royalty. i suggest something more toned down like dark blues, grays, blacks, white, orchid (darker purple),nude or burgundy. in single color designs. beading should be minimal if not only to add some sparkle.

wear a one piece =) find a cute one, made out of good fabric and has a cute color. i think white and black is like kinda borin, so just try a new n more bright color. wear heels, so it makes u look taller. and i dont think a tiarra will fit this, since i think it's a little bit out of style~
