You should find out why you're not happy, there must be a reason. You have to find a close friend and talk to him about what is bothering you. Once you put your finger on the problem, it will get all better.

hmmm.... depressed im sure. I'm going to be tough with the anwser. My best guess is your feeling sorry for yourself and its almost impossible to change gears. The process is a long one, you will have to find yourself all over again. A big part of this is to feel Empathy for others. Being self absorbed you will go into a deep depression, find out you really have more than most is tough. You have the ability to read and write and use a indoor toilet. only 25 percent of the worlds population use toilet paper. Visit a 3rd world country you will see what real suffering involves. Best advice is to start writing (journaling) learn about yourself in turn you will learn about the World. Good luck, wishing you Happiness

I know how you feel. We are clinically depressed. I see a doctor and take medication. It helps. There are some unpleasant side effects, mainly sexual, but it's better than the alternative. I had to learn from long experience. There is more I should be doing, like stop drinking, get regular exercise, challenge myself, but I don't. Maybe you will have better luck.

Try to see what is around you that is making you so unhappy. Maybe try talking to a doctor or just get a pad of paper and start writing down your feelings everytime you feel sad. Good Luck

Try doing the things you used to do before you were married/divorced. Take it slow, day by day..hang out with friends who care and give you good advice, or you can always talk with a counselor...i've heard it helps.

It depends on how you got this way.
Seek counseling for one.
Then maybe go to church more, join groups there.
Get a hobby.
Take a class you always wanted to take, join groups there.
Get online and meet friends, start socializing.
Look at your current friends and family for support.

Are you sure you are not going through some kind of depression? You may want to consider in seeing your doctor. It could be that you may have some changes with your hormones.

I am so sorry for you. But you aren't alone. Sadness seems to be pervasive these days. Hang in there, it's all you can do. Therapy and meds might help. Hang in there.

Write everything on paper and look at it a week later to see if this is how you feel.
