Even paying on line will not help especially if they changed their names. Some people do not want to be found especially from family. Ask friends and relatives if you know any. Ask reunion committee's also. My best friend disappeared deliberately and sadly she NEVER wants to be found by me.

Have you tried contacting her relatives in the area? They would have a new address and phone number. Her e-mail may be the same.
