There was a school teacher in Texas recently arrested for taking photos of women's butts - at the mall - public place and they were fully clothed.

Somehow, the police were able to use the seized evidence [photos on the guys cell phone] to justify getting a warrant. It turns out that the guy had thousands of photos of women's butts. BTW, major 4th Amendment issues here - the judge who issued the warrant is a total idiot I am afraid.

He very well might beat the criminal charges, but he lost his job and will probably have to leave the community.

The key is - if you take photos, do NOT save them. A few candid snapshots are okay - lots and lots are an obsession.
