TOO MANY!
But our Govt focuses on all their humanitary efforts overseas & in 3rd world countries. It's such a shame.

Naw, that's not even right down there.....President Bush helped to initiate and sign into effect a bill for all states in the union, to receive federal funding for faith-based and community action organizations and their various programs. You can go to any State government office for community services, and find grants to tailor everyones need, in the federal registry. The problem is how do we get the manpower to provide the service more widespread in the US, including the outskirts and bayous.
