Pills are not at all good to avoid pregnancy. Since they are very danger some times, as they will try to stop totally pregnancy wherein u will never become mother for ever. Since using medicines will have side effects. Condoms are only very safe. Try to avoid using medicines.

If you don't want to use female condoms, yes the pill is a very good method, and also their are shots that you can get. Ask your doctor or go to Planned Parenthood in your city.

The pill (many brands available)
Depo shot
Inter-Uterine Device
Birth control Patch
Spermicides work to a degree
Diaphragm if used properly
Abstinence
Plus many other ways. Check with your doctor about what your options might be and get informed on the risks of each one of the options he gives you.

Abstinence is a sure-fire way to avoid pregnancy.
The pill, or the shot, or an IUD, or surgical sterilization always works well.

Yes, but they won't protect you from diseases. Only abstinence is 100% effective in avoiding pregnancy.

Whatever you use for birth control, you still have to use condoms. They are the only way to protect against STDs.
