Well is the other girl going out with him if so i would leave it but otherwise go for it and get in there dont worry about your friend if she is a true friend she will not mind

All's fair in true love and war. If you haven't let her know your feelings from him, she might think you are just copying her and trying to take her guy. Give her a heads up. Tell her you think that he likes you and you two would be good together and you hope it doesn't affect your friendship with her.

You should first talk to her tell her how you feel and ask her if its ok to ask him out. try to make her understand. a guy is not worth breaking a friendship for! ;)

first talk to your friend and help her understand how you feel. how close you are also matters cuz if your realy close to her you wont want to lose her for a guy...........really you dont.
