guilty of what doing inocent art ???
Nudity has been widely accepted all over the world ,.America is a bit behind on that.
in Europe we were already at it thousands of years ago

In Europe, nudity is a way of life.. We westerners place too much emphasis on the clothes we wear.

Being guilty of nude art is saying you're guilty of your own human figure. We humans have a definitive figure, and seeing that as in an artistic point of view is great.

nudity is when you are clothing-less.
what defines it as art is how you look at it. if it is lewd, then it's considered bad. if it's tastefully done, such as a painting, then people consider it art.
all in the eye or the beholder. or the government.

It depends, like if you whip it out in front of a bunch of kids, then, well, your A S S is going to the slammer. But if it's not porn and done tastefully then I guess you can call it "art".
