I did something really stupid a few months ago when i was super wasted. I was arguing with my gf and i punched a window. Now i have a large scar on the top of my hand. I feel like an idiot for doing that cause i've never done anything like that b4 and its a painful reminder of a stupid decision. What should i do??

Lots of cocoa butter and massage it so the scaring will be flat.
VitaminE oil also promotes healing
Also, they sell scar healing bandages at the drug store, but they are a little pricey.

Learn from it. Don't let it happen again. I got hit in the head with a golf club when I was about 11 and have a pretty big scar on my face from it. I learned to not walk close to people swinging golf clubs.

is it shame or is it vanity that you find yourself to be so concerned its not on your face and it does not make you less of a person the body is not with out imperfections and chalk it up as a lesson you may have learned or need to learn
