No, the situation that you describe seems to indicate that you will not get pregnant. However, I suspect you both need to learn a little more about sex and the consequences before going any further.

There is a low chance you can get pregnant because guys pre ejaculate and it contains a small amount of sperm and you should take a plan b just in case

Good gods lets hope not. The world doesn't need more immature kids like you fooling around and creating life. If you are not mature enough to handle to responsibility of what *COULD* happen, maybe you shouldn't be doing it to start with.

The guy has to let loose inside of the girl. If y'all were both wearing clothes, you didn't even have sex. Sex must happen in order for there to be a pregnancy.

No, sweetie. You can only get pregnant if semen enters the vagina. Like Intercourse or if you had semen on your hand or finger and put it near or in you vagina etc.

No, you need vaginal penetration to get pregnant. You would have to have your clothes off--you don't need to worry.
