Well, it would go against the original Policy from the creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar.
"No Tights, No Flights" rule, vowing Clark would not, at any point, fly or don the suit during the run of the show.
And, to that Clark has not flown, only when he was Kal did he fly. He runs fast and jumps high, but Clark has never outright flown on his own.

From what I understand of the series this far is that it is the life of clark before the superman thing. As far as I know he won't be getting a superman suit in this series. The writers are wanting to focus on his life as a young student in Smallville. Not the part where he is Superman. This is why Lex is his friend and Lana his girlfriend. I will say that I don't care for Lois being a blonde. In the original series and the comic books she was always a brunette.

He probably will never get the "SUIT" because it will open up some legal issues with the owners of the "Superboy" franchise .
They had Superboy in his suit on their show .
