you gotta get rida childress and barnes. barnes is inconsistent he got off to a really hot start and has cooled of. with the acquisition of harrington and jackson his numbers will decline. childress just never was a great fantasy player. and im assuming its a small league about 8 people if your team is that stacked. but you might need more blocks. okafor is your only shot blocker.

Get rid of the extras from the same teams like Childress but do not tinker too much if you are in first place...simple moves are the best policy. Youare kind of small you may need another big man in there.

I have TMac as well. Get rid of him! The man can drop 40 easily but his % is horrible and he will not give you good numbers in any "guard" category, i.e steals, assists, TO. Guards are a dime a dozen so I would package TMac in with someone else to improve at the Center position. Overall your team is about a 7.5.

Since you are in first place, keep doing what you have been doing for the whole season. Unless there is someone right behind you (which personally I would have mentioned in the details to get better answers), I would keep this team.
