I have a dell desktop dimension 4550 with a Nvidia Geforce MX 420 video card and Direct X 9.0c. Would Sim City 4 work with this type of hardware ???

i can work but will become quite lagging while ur city is growing bigger & bigger

try to adjust the display setting to a lower rate
