Does anyone know anything about new england college in Henniker new Hampshire is this a reputable institution ?

New England College is a reputable institution, and it is sort of like a teacher's college. (Not really rigorous, mostly for local residents).

The only thing about it that raises a concern for me is that it accepts 83% of applicants (not very selective), and only manages to retain 63% of these students in their second year. That's a bad retention figure. I don't know why so many students leave after their first year, but a figure like that usually raises a red flag for me.

Looks like the school is accredited.... so that's a major plus. I think it would depend on what you wanted to study.... but here's some info from their site:

New England College is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. The NEC Teacher Education program is also approved by the New Hampshire Department of Education. You can find more information about our accreditation and other academic issues in our online academic catalog.
