They took it away. Now you give stars. If you want to do thumbs up or down, you have to write the words on the answer. But, be careful with your stars. YA may be using them to hand out more violations because the starred questions go directly to them for use on their home page and they read them before they post them. That's why you very seldom see P&S questions on the home page, lol.

click thumbs up or thumbs down picture by their answer.(right next to the flag..abuse reports) can't do it on questions anymore and that sucks!
