Well my step-Mom & Dad, are sending me off to a boarding school in Switzerland, and my gf moved to the SC(South Carolina) & I wanted to know how far it was from South Carolina cause I want to visit her someday.....*thats if I get the chance*

As stated before, Switzerland is in central Europe close to Austria, Italy, and Germany. That's a few thousand miles north-east from South Carolina. Chances are you aren't going to see your girlfriend very much - but lucky for you you've got the internet to communicate over. I wish you the best of luck.

Locate the continent of Europe. Now locate Italy, which is on the south shore and is shaped like a boot. Switzerland is in-shore, just northwest of Italy's border. It's bordered by France on the West, Germany on the North, and Autstria on the East.

Switzerland is very close to Germany and Austria. Look in that part of the world and you will find Switzerland right there.
