It seems young, especially looking back on the relationship I had starting when I was 18. You have to be willing to let each other grow as individuals - you stilll have a lot of growing to do! That was a problem in my relationship - I didn't know how to be my own person until I left. Now I am in a much better position to share a life with someone, because I know myself better. You need to be willing to work as partners and take the vows seriously. I was not married or I would probably have dealt with it differently, bringing in counseling and whatever else it would have taken to work it out. Accept that you will both change over time, for better and for worse, and you will have to work through a lot of things you can't predict.

I married at 20, my hubby was 19. Depends on if you are mature enough to think of another person rather than yourself all of the time. Sitting at home with my husband is so much more fun than partying seven days a week. You have to enjoy the other person's company no matter how boring it may be. Do you think you are mature enough? Are you ready to think of someone else rather than yourself? Are you going to work on your marriage rather than file for divorce when the going gets tough? Are you ready to take your marriage vows seriously?

Thats at least two years to young. You're not settle into who you are as an adult until at least 23. Kinda hard when the person you married changes into someone else!

I'd gather up more of life's experiences before settling down at such an early age. Just my opinion.

ABSOLUTELY don't get married until you are at least 30 years old, have a good-paying job, and the ability to take care of YOUR OWN BILLS. This way you are an ASSET to the person you are marrying, as they should be an asset to you.

Way too young. People change too much between their early and late 20's.
