Have I got this right?
Intracellular concentration of Ca++ is 90 mg/l

Assume mw of Ca is 40.

Then is it 2.25 millimole/litre?

Sorry chrischem, but the second part is the wrong way around, you need to muultiply by 10 to go from dL to L. So: 9mg Ca/dL = 0.2246 mmol/dL = 2.246 mmol/L
