Is this data reliable to study global warming?

I can't tell you if the ratio of oxygen to nitrogen has changed since atmospheric records have been kept, but I can say that the ratio would probably have little effect on global warming. Neither is a greenhouse gas, so the ratio of one to the other will have little effect on the temperature of the earth. If you were comparing nitrogen to carbon dioxide (or oxygen to carbon dioxide), then you'd have something interesting.

I can tell you that the ratio of oxygen/nitrogen to carbon dioxide has most certainly changed as the level of CO2 in the atmosphere has gone up drastically in the past 100 years.

yes they have not by a lot but they have changed.
