What two organisms?

Like, a snail would be an intermediate host for a blood fluke (as they do not reproduce on the snails), but us humans are the primary hosts for blood flukes (as they do reproduce in us).

It is an intermediate or transitional organism, suppose it is like the intermediate species, that is transitioning to it's conclusion.

Do you mean transitional? People often use this word with the word fossils, like in evolution. But really, all animals are transitional if you think about it.
