The way you've phrased this comes out as biased toward your own side rather than as a factual interpretation of the event. "If they can please..." nobody really talks like that. That's what people use when trying to win an argument and say how they were the good guy and the other was the bad guy. From your attitude on here, it sounds like your patience was wearing thin and you were likely being confrontational. I expect you'll read this and choose to get confrontational here too though... so I'm ready for it.
I don't know if that answers your question, mainly because you're not asking a direct question here. There's no: "has this ever happened to you" or "what is the policy of Jamba Juice"... just a quick "what do you guys think" tacked on at the end.... but I'll try to give you a fair answer anyway....
You have rights as a consumer. If you were treated poorly by an employee - or treated rudely - you have the right to take it up with management. If you did not receive the full portion size in the cup you were given (this has nothing to do with what was in the blender, only the size of the cup and the expected fill level matters here) then you have a right to receive the rest or return it and get your money back. You also, ALWAYS, have the right to stop doing business with them, and to spend your dollars elsewhere. I hope this helps.

How many times did you experience Jamba Juice not filling your cup to the top? If it was only one time, get over it. And I hope you're not crying over 1/2 inch. If you notice they do it often, then yeah, you are getting ripped off and you should politely say something. But as far as receiving everything out of the blender..........that's not the way it works. You are paying for the cup size, not the blender size. Jamba Juice employees always seem to be very busy, so I'd give you a dirty look, too, if you asked me to fill another cup with blender leftovers.

I'm with u dude. I too have wondered why I specifically pay for a 16oz. styrofoam cup and yet receive only 15 oz. of jamba juice. What do they do with the rest of the jamba juice u paid for? Do you think they drink it themselves? I think it's only fair that every customer receive a FULL cup of jamba juice. What's next, should I pay for $20 worth of gas and fill up my tank to only $18 dollars? If you paid for it, then they owe it to you.

You are paying for the cup size..not what they put in the blender. If it is not full then ask for them to top it off. If they made too much they made a mistake in measuring, and are not required to give it to you.

Get a life. Next time, just ask them to fill your cup to the top & move on. Stop being so anal-retentive about Jamba Juice & their employees.

I think the employees are either:
1) Sloppy about how they work and wasting juice.
2) Sloppy about how they work and not filling up your cup
3) Drinking the juice.
If they fill up the cup, they think the leftover isn't anybody's business. But if you paid for the "extras" like protein powder, etc., then you're not getting your whole amount of supplement.
bottome line: They should pay attention!

Michael said that "the employee did not fill the cup to the top."
So yeah, Michael, you didn't get what you paid for, juice to fill the size of cup! I feel the same way. Forget about this being the least of the world's problems, I'm thinking about the right quantity for the price I pay. It's the principle -- which extends to companies treating their customers right. Fill 'er up.

LOL, seriously? If thats your biggest problem in life I will gladly walk in your shoes. You are paying for a cup full. If there is enough to fill another cup thats an error of the person measuring the fruits, juice... If they made a bucket full it doesnt mean you get it all- you get your cup full. After all- you're buying the size

I know what you mean especially at Ice Cream places *coughs Baskin Robins*.When I ask for a double scoop they always give me a small scoop top with a even smaller one. It looks like they were trying to give the freakean ice cream a hat or something sheesh of course when you complain you get a rude attitude but a extra victory ice cream scoop.
