Puert Rico is a territory of US, and Puerto ricans they have access to a lot of American Educatinal Resources still they get less in verbal part of GRE than other spanish countries. This is really interesting for me. Could it be because of their spanish accent? or it might be something else?

America doesn't exactly have the best educational system and Puerto Rico is not exactly a huge priority, so that could be it. Maybe it's because they learn english too? Then they have another language to focus on as opposed to the other countries. The other countries are poor anyways, so screw their verbal score.
