Pac definately! P Diddy didn't put B.I.G. out there like Tupac was put out there. Plus B.I.G. doesn't come close to having a hip hop music collection like the one Tupac left behind. B.I.G. was hot for like 3-4 years, Tupac was hot for a longer time. California Love basically crushed any of B.I.G. hits, including One More Chance Remix.

both are over over over over over OVER! rated. yet id chose big cause pac's flow got annoying with the way he raised his voice at the end of every bar.
